Please provide the pickup city and state, the delivery city and state, the vehicle’s make, model, and year, as well as its operational status. Additionally, let us know your preferred shipping method and the earliest date the vehicle will be available for pickup. This date is referred to as the First Available Pick-up Date in the auto transport industry.

Step 2
We pick up your vehicle
in shipping your car with Abroc Enterprises Inc. is the vehicle pickup. The carrier assigned to your shipment will reach out a few hours in advance to notify you of their arrival. It’s important to ensure that the pick-up location is accessible for commercial vehicles. Before they contact you, please check for any restrictions such as overhead power lines or low-hanging branches that might obstruct the carrier’s truck and trailer.
If any issues arise, don’t worry. You can easily arrange an alternative pick-up location. For instance, you might consider a nearby street with more space, or even arrange for the pick-up at your workplace or a nearby parking lot if it’s more convenient.

Step 3
You receive your vehicle
Shipping a car with Abroc Enterprises Inc. is a straightforward process. Before long, the carrier will contact you a few hours before reaching the delivery location. This call serves as a courtesy to ensure you’re available to receive your vehicle. If you’re unable to be present, you can arrange for a third party to handle the delivery on your behalf. This person can be a colleague, neighbor, relative, or friend, as long as they are at least 18 years old.
When your vehicle is delivered, the driver will ask you to inspect the condition of your car and compare it with the Bill of Lading. If you opted for the Discounted Price payment method, this is the time to make the final payment to the driver. You can pay using cash, a money order, or a cashier’s check.
